HOW TO USE:

Apply about a tablespoon to damp hair following Well-Being Shampoo, from lengths to ends (avoiding roots) and leave for 2-3 minutes. Comb through, then rinse thoroughly. Complete your routine with Well-Being Destress Lotion.
