Do we provide delivery service & how much is the fee?
We provide delivery service across all Brunei Districts. The delivery fees are as follow:
- Brunei β Muara $4.00
- Tutong & Temburong $5.00
- Kuala Belait $6.00
*Spend over $65.00 & enjoy free delivery to your doorstep*
Note: Delivery will take at least 2-3 days after placing order. No delivery will be made on Public holiday & Sunday and no minimum order required to proceed.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can! We can update your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Please WhatsApp us as soon as possible with your new address so we can make the necessary changes.
When can I collect my order from the branch?
Orders are usually packed within 3 hours. If any item needs to be transferred from another branch, it may take an additional 1β3 days. When collecting your order, please provide your Order # to the cashier for verification.
Can I add more products after placing my order?
Yes, you can! Simply place a new order and send us the new Order No. via WhatsApp. Weβll help combine both orders for you. If you have multiple orders for delivery, the delivery fee will be combined and charged only once.
What if the product Iβm looking for is not available?
If you canβt find the product youβre looking for in our store, feel free to WhatsApp us and let us know. Weβll be happy to take your suggestion into consideration for our future product range.
What if the product doesnβt meet my expectations?
