Oil Control Clearing Water Lotion is a toner for men with oily, breakout prone skin. The dual-phase formula clears excess oil and residual grime for clearer looking skin in an instant. The oil clearing effect leaves skin looking smooth and polished. Pores are visibly minimized, and skin is primed for Oil Control Moisturizer.

HOW TO USE:
Shake well, saturate cotton pad with toner and wipe over clean skin morning and night. Avoid eye area.
